Package Pricing (Up to 12 Participants)
Non-Members: $255 + GST
DLDS Members: $235 + GST
Additional Guests: $15 per extra participant
Note: The total guest count includes the birthday child. Member discount is applied as a $20 account credit after booking online.
What’s Included
- 60 Minutes of Dance & Games: Led by a professional DLDS instructor! We will get the kids moving with a fun, customized dance class and high-energy games.
- 45 Minutes of Cake/Presents: Hosted by the parents! Use this 45 min for cake, food, opening presents, or socializing.
- DLDS Party Loot Bags: Every participant gets to take home a fun loot bag featuring a free trial dance pass, a pencil or pen, a temporary tattoo, a glow stick, and a pack of fruit snacks! Parents are more than welcome to bring and add any additional items to these bags if they’d like.
- Bring Your Own Food: You are welcome to bring in any favorite food, cake, snacks, and drinks for your guests! Please note that we do not have a fridge on-site, so we highly recommend bringing a cooler along if you have items that need to stay chilled.
Party Policies & Booking Details
PAYMENT: Paid in full at the time of booking to secure your date and time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of the party requires a written notice to Drea Lee Dance Studio at a minimum of two weeks prior to the birthday party. Cancellation less than 2 weeks to the scheduled birthday party will be charged 50% of the rental fee.
WAIVERS: All party participants must have a completed registration and agreement form submitted before joining the fun. These will be provided to the booking family to easily distribute to guests.
DAMAGE POLICY: The booking family will be billed for the cost of repairs if any damage occurs to the studio walls, facilities, or equipment during the party.
DECORATIONS+FOOD: You are welcome to bring your own food and decorations to personalize the party room!
CLEAN-UP RESPONSIBILITIES: To ensure the room is ready for the next event, the host family is responsible for cleaning up all food, trash, and decorations before your 2-hour booking window ends.
WALL POLICY: To protect our studio, please do not tape, pin, or hang decorations of any kind on the walls.
