We recommend trying HIIT+Sculpt or Barre Fusion if you are brand new to the studio.
*Clients must be a minimum of 16 years of age to participate in our adult fitness and dance classes. Age 11+ can participate in classes as long as an adult is also taking the same class with them.
The MOVEment Class | 60 min
Unlock your body’s full potential in our MOVEment class, where strength training, mobility, and flexibility come together for a comprehensive, injury-preventing workout! Designed like group physiotherapy, this class focuses on improving functional movement patterns while building strength and enhancing joint mobility. You’ll work through dynamic exercises that target all major muscle groups, while incorporating stretches and mobility drills to increase flexibility and range of motion. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, improving posture, or looking to enhance overall mobility, this class is perfect for anyone wanting to move better, feel stronger, and prevent future pain. Feel free to bring your own 10-15 lbs dumbbells. We have 2-5 lbs weights at the studio.
Barre Fusion+Flow | 60 min
Get ready for a full-body workout that blends the best of barre, Pilates, and stretching in this invigorating class! Barre Fusion combines the toning and sculpting elements of traditional barre with the core-strengthening, flexibility-boosting movements of Pilates. You’ll flow through a series of precise, low-impact exercises designed to target your legs, glutes, and arms, while improving posture and stability. The class finishes with a relaxing stretch to lengthen muscles and enhance flexibility. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve balance, or unwind, Barre Fusion offers a perfect mix of burn and stretch for a lean, toned physique!
HIIT+Sculpt | 60 min
Get ready for an energizing combination of high-intensity intervals and targeted sculpting in this dynamic class! We’ll kick off with a heart-pumping HIIT session that boosts endurance, burns calories, and increases strength with fast-paced, full-body exercises. Then, we’ll transition into the sculpt portion of the class, focusing on beginner-level Pilates-based mat work to tone, tighten, and define. For an added challenge, bring your own 1-2 lbs ankle weights to intensify the sculpting exercises. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to add variety to your routine, this class offers a perfect blend of cardio and strength training to help you reach your goals!
Dance Cardio+Sculpt | 60 min
Get ready to move and groove in this fun, high-energy class that combines dance cardio with core-sculpting exercises! Start with a calorie-torching dance cardio session, where you’ll follow easy-to-learn choreography set to upbeat, catchy tunes. Then, we’ll shift focus to strengthening and toning to improve overall stability. This class is all about feeling the music, having fun, and building strength, leaving you energized and toned from head to toe! No dance experience required—just bring your enthusiasm and let the rhythm take over!
